Addition of 90 student bedrooms and self contained flats to the existing building, on the banks of the Thames.

RIBA Stages 2-5, Architectural and MEP Acoustics

This project involved sensitive alterations and an addition to a long established student residential building.

We worked closely with the Architect to develop the internal sound insulation and reverberation time control strategies.

The scheme included a large common room and other ancillary facilities, including a room designed for music practice with the requisite sound insulation and reverberation time performances.

Attune provided a full scope of acoustic services through design and construction on this scheme.

We also undertook the sound insulation testing, demonstrating a full set of passes.
